All your money.Only your eyes.
Your money is scattered across banks, currencies and cards. Neatly Money gathers it into one calm view, encrypted on your device before it ever reaches our servers. No one else can read it: not advertisers, not hackers, not even us.
TWO MINUTESNO CARDYOUR KEYS NEVER LEAVE YOUR DEVICE
Chaos in.Calm out.
Every account is a thread with a life of its own: banks, cards, cash, three currencies. Run your cursor through the threads and each one will tell you what it is. And on the right, they all settle into a single calm line: the only one you actually need to watch.
ALL OF IT
HOVER A THREAD OR TOUCH A CHIP
The rate you saw isthe rate you keep.
Most apps re-price your past with today's market, so last month's trip costs something different every time you look. Neatly Money locks the exchange rate the moment each transaction happens. History in ink, not pencil.
Today's marketdrag it
Why it matters: budgets, reports and balances stay true to what things actually cost you, not to whatever the market is doing this morning.
Ask your money:“Can I afford it?”
The line doesn't stop at today. The Planner reads your recurring reality (rent, invoices, the gym you forgot) and projects it forward. Type an amount, pick a day, get a straight answer.
…
Honesty note: The Planner isn't shipped yet – it's the next big build (see the roadmap below). What you're dragging is the real forecasting model running on demo data: a freelancer with irregular income (a main invoice roughly every month, a €650 second one that sometimes doesn't land), €950 rent, a €250 monthly savings goal, plus a €2,100 tax installment about two and a half months out, which digs the dip you can see in the chart. “Safe” means the line from the purchase day on never dips under the safety cushion, editable above (€200 to start). In the real app the cushion is personalized from your own typical month, and always yours to change.
Built from recurring transactions and your history, including irregular, freelancer-shaped income.
One number for what's actually safe to spend right now, recalculated as the month moves.
Forgotten subscriptions, prices that quietly crept up, categories drifting from plan.
We can't read your data. That's the design.
Zero-knowledge, end to end: your records are encrypted on your device, with keys derived from a password we never see. Not “we promise not to look” — we provably can't look. Flip the card to see both sides of the same data.
Where the key lives
Permanent, in writing
- No ads. Not now, not at scale.
- No selling data. There's nothing readable to sell.
- CSV export, anytime. Your numbers are yours.
- Full deletion. Gone means gone. GDPR throughout.
“Won't” is a promise.“Can't” is a fact.
Every finance app tells you your data is safe. Here's what that usually means, and what it means at Neatly Money.
HOVER OR TAP A CLAIM TO READ THE FINE PRINT
The one question that exposes any app: “If I forget my password, can you get my data back for me?”
If the answer is yes, they hold your keys, and their “privacy” is a policy. At Neatly Money the answer is no: an email reset gets you back into your account, but your data unlocks only with something you hold: your recovery key, your Face ID, or an approval from another device you're signed in on. We hold none of them. No back door, not even for us.
The ledger we keepon ourselves.
We're pre-launch, so there are no invented testimonials or award badges here. Just a plain ledger: what's shipped, what's being built, what comes later, and what will honestly cost money.
Free isn't a trial. It's the personal plan – and it stays.
“Free trial”“Only 3 accounts on free”“Upgrade to see reports”— none of that. €0 is the plan.
Bank sync: paid, honestly.
Pulling entries straight from your banks costs us real money: every connection is a fee we pay, per link, per month. So sync will be a paid add-on that covers its own cost.
You'll always see the price before any charge, and the free plan stays complete for manual entries, with CSV export of everything, anytime.
This is the business model: one power-up funds Neatly Money, so ads and data-selling never have to.
Fair questions,straight answers.
No help-center maze. Six questions, six plain answers, each one backed by a chapter above.
Yes. €0 is the plan, not a trial, and it stays complete for manual entries, with CSV export of everything, anytime. Later, bank sync arrives as a paid add-on: that one power-up funds Neatly Money.
It isn't priced yet. What we can say now: it will be a paid add-on, because every bank connection is a fee we pay, per link, per month, so the add-on simply covers its own cost. You'll always see the price before any charge.
When you sign up, you choose a password. Right after, the app offers you a recovery key to save, and you can add Face ID or Touch ID. You can adjust any of these later in your security settings. If the password ever slips your mind, an email reset restores access to your account, but your data unlocks only with one of the things you hold: your password, your recovery key, Face ID or Touch ID, or an approval from another device you're signed in on. We hold none of them. No back door, not even for us.
Each account keeps its own currency, and everything settles into one total. Every conversion is locked at the rate of the day you recorded it, so history stays in ink, not pencil.
Not yet. Neatly Money is a web app that is fully responsive on your phone today, so nothing is missing on a small screen. Native iOS and Android apps come later.
Anytime, and completely. Export everything as CSV, or delete your account and everything with it. Gone means gone, GDPR throughout.
Keep it neat.Live light.
